Oilhorn salad sauce 50% is an excellent clear base sauce. Very suitable as a base for your own (salad) sauces.
Ingredients
50% vegetable oil (rapeseed oil), water, free-range egg yolk, sugar, wheat starch, vinegar, salt, preservative: E202, modified potato starch, food acid: citric acid, thickener: guar gum and xanthan gum, flavors (soy protein), mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, sugar, spices) and antioxidant: E385 E = EC approved excipient.
