At Easter, a dish with egg really can't be missing. You can easily make this delicious egg salad with old cheese yourself with our mayonnaise. Delicious on a freshly baked roll with a slice of salmon on top.
Ingredients for the egg salad with aged cheese
80 grams of aged cheese
4 eggs
1 tbsp. Oilhorn mustard
3 tbsp. Oilhorn mayonnaise
15 grams of chives
1 stalk of spring onion
1 tsp lemon juice
Pepper and salt
Here's how to make it
Cut the cheese into small cubes about half an inch by half an inch.
Boil the eggs for 7 to 8 minutes and then immediately plunge them under cold water; this makes them easy to peel.
Cut the peeled eggs into small cubes and add the mustard, mayo and aged cheese.
Mix everything together, then add the lemon juice and finely chopped spring onion and chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Taste the flavor and texture of your salad and add mustard or mayonnaise to taste if necessary.
