Ingredients for the tuna bagel
1 can of tuna on water
1 pickle, small
Half a pointed bell pepper
1 tbsp. Oilhorn fries sauce
1 tsp paprika mild
Pinch of cayenne pepper
2 bagels, bake-off rolls
1/2 tbsp. Oilhorn curry
1 tbsp capers
1/2th red onion
50 grams of cucumber
Handful of spinach
Salt
Here's how to make it
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
In a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil, deep fry the capers until crispy in a few minutes.
Finely chop the red onion and pickle, the bell bell pepper into rings and the cucumber into slices.
Make tuna salad by draining the tuna and mixing it with the chipotle sauce, curry, onion and pickle and season with the paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and a teaspoon of pickle juice.
Bake the bagels for 3 to 4 minutes.
Let the bagels cool and cut them in half. Top with the spinach, cucumber, bell bell pepper and then a generous ball of tuna salad. Finish with the capers and some sprouts, if desired.
