Make the most delicious Greek hot dogs with curry sauce
Since it may be a while before we feel the foreign sun burning on our faces, we just bring that feeling here. These tasty hot dogs will make you feel like you're in Greece in one bite!
Ingredients for Greek hot dogs with Merguez sausages and garlic sauce
4 sandwiches
4 Merguez sausages
4 tbsp. Oilhorn fries sauce
1/2 cucumber
4 tbsp Greek yogurt
50 grams of feta cheese
1 red onion
10 grams of coin
1 clove of garlic
Oil horn curry
1 tbsp oil
Here's how to make it
Cut the tomato and cucumber into small cubes and cut the red onion into thin, half rings. Then crumble the feta into fine chunks.
Make a garlic sauce by mixing together the chipotle sauce, yogurt, a pressed clove of garlic and 5 grams of chopped mint. Season to taste with salt and pepper. You can spoon a third of the cubed cucumber through this.
Fry the sausages until golden brown and cooked in a skillet with a little oil.
Cut the buns through the top. Using a tablespoon, spread the homemade garlic sauce in the buns and place the sausages on top. Then top with tomato, red onion, cucumber, feta and some mint leaves and drizzle with curry.
